As at ShoWest show this week, LatinoReview snapped a shot of the teaser poster for Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes, which stars Robert Downey Jr. Looks like a promo concept and the theatrical edition may be different.

VINTAGE EASTWOOD: GRAN TORINO (LOOKS AWESOME)

The studio known as WB has rolled out the marketing for Clint Eastwood’s new seventies-esque action yarn "Gran Torino." It centers on a disgruntled racist Korean War vet named Walt Kowalski (Eastwood), who sets out to reform his neighbor, a young Hmong immigrant teenage neighbor (newcomer Bee Vang), who, as part of a gang initiation, tries to steal Kowalski’s prized possession -- his 1972 Gran Torino.

In typical kickass Eastwood style, Walt ends up confronting prejudices that have isolated him. The actor says this will “probably” be his last film as an actor. More at USA Today.

ANOTHER FAKE RIDDLER POSTER LEAKED

First of all, sorry for the lack of posts. Between the holiday, work and the fact that I'm trying to get a comic book off the ground, I haven't had much time or gumption to even approach the blogospehere. That said, how friggin' cool is this poster. I thank 'El Guapo' Latino Review for posting it but who in eff knows where it first appeared. Seriously, the Mad Men at Warners have to come up with something because these online folks have been hitting it out of the park.

HE'S BAAAACK ...

Here's the new teaser poster for the forthcoming Bond pic "Quantum of Solace," courtesy of Moviefone. Not sure how I feel about it per se. Badass, yes. Bond? Um, not so sure ... Is it me or does anyone see Tony Montana from "Scarface" with that over-the-shoulder machine gun?
